If you purchased a product directly from us and you believe that you are entitled to a return or refund because the products are faulty or damaged, please notify us at yourcoastalhousekeeper@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for your return. In the event that you are entitled to a replacement or refund, this will be processed promptly and payment for any refund will be made by the same method that you made payment.
