A note from the founder
I built this guide because nothing like it existed when I needed it — and I looked. I had spent years cleaning homes for sale (a residential cleaning business with a specialty in pre-sale cleans) and styling and selling our own homes for as long. The expertise was there. The format wasn't. Sell It Styled is the playbook I wish I had had on the first home, distilled from everything I learned across all four of ours, plus hundreds of other people's homes.
